GROCERY STORES

BI-LO Store Coupon Guidelines

1. Sign up for the BI-LO BONUSCARD to get savings.
2. Muliple Coupons - BI-LO accepts one (1) Manufacturer Coupon and one (1) Store Coupon for the same item.
3. On Buy 1 Get 1 Free (B1G1) you do not have to buy two items to get the B1G1 price; one item will ring up at 50% off. If you are buying 2 items, use two coupons if you can for the best deal.
4. On $10/10 you do not have to buy ten items to get the sale price; one item will ring up at $1.00.
5. BI-LO doubles Manufacturer’s coupons up to $.60.
1. BI-LO or Competitor Coupons will not be doubled.
2. Limit of ten (10) coupons on like items will be doubled.
6. BI-LO will redeem local Competitor Coupons, both Manufacturer and Store, on identical items that they sell (inclusive of Target & drugstore coupons).
7. Digital Coupons - Load your BONUSCARD with click to card eCoupons prior to shopping.
   (NOTE: Digital coupons will not be doubled)
8. SavingStar - Link your BI-LO BONUSCARD to SavingStar.com, choose the eCoupons you want, and present your card when checking out. Savings are then automatically deposited into your SavingStar account, which you can then redeem for cash, gift cards or charitable contributions.
9. Senior Discount - Seniors age 60 and over receive an extra 5% off purchase on Wednesdays. Show proof of age at customer service counter in order to link Senior Discount to your BONUSCARD.
10. Print and take a copy of BI-LO’s official coupon policy when you shop.

FOOD LION Store Coupon Guidelines

1. Sign up for the Food Lion MVP Card to get savings.
2. Muliple Coupons - Customers may not use more than (1) coupon per item with a maximum of 10 (ten) coupons for the same item per customer.
3. On Buy 1 Get 1 Free (B1G1) you do not have to buy two items to get the B1G1 price; one item will ring up at 50% off. If you are buying 2 items, use two coupons if you can for the best deal. Food Lion limits B1G1 deals to two (2) Free items.
4. On $10/10 you do not have to buy ten items to get the sale price; one item will ring up at $1.00.
5. Food Lion does not double Manufacturer coupons.
6. Food Lion does not accept Competitor coupons.

KROGER Store Coupon Guidelines

1. Sign up for the Kroger Plus Card to get savings.
2. Muliple Coupons - Kroger accepts one (1) Manufacturer Coupon and one (1) Store Coupon for the same item. Irmo, SC - Kroger limits coupons used to (2) Internet print-at-home coupons for like items and five (5) total Manufacturer’s coupons for like items. Check with your local Kroger for their acceptance policy.
3. On Buy 1 Get 1 Free (B1G1) you do not have to buy two items to get the B1G1 price; one item will ring up at 50% off. If you are buying 2 items, use two coupons if you can for the best deal.
4. On $10/10 you do not have to buy ten items to get the sale price; one item will ring up at $1.00.
5. NOTE: Effective 9/22/13 Kroger Southeast will no longer double coupons
6. Kroger does not accept Competitor coupons.
7. Digital Coupons - Load your Kroger Plus card with eCoupons including Cellfire, Shortcuts, P&G, and Kroger.
1. Digital coupons cannot be combined with Manufacturer paper coupon for the same item.

PUBLIX Store Coupon Guidelines

1. Muliple Coupons - Publix accepts one (1) Manufacturer Coupon and one (1) Store coupon for the same item.
2. Publix accepts Grocery Competitor coupons (Food Lion, Kroger & Bi-Lo, but not drugstores or Target)
3. On Buy one Get One Free (B1G1) items you do not have to buy two of the B1G1 items to get the sale price. If you only buy one item, it will ring up at 50% off. If buying 2 items use two coupons.
4. Publix doubles Manufacturer coupons $.50 or less.
5. Publix Yellow and Green Advantage flyers with coupons available at service counter.
6. Exclusive Publix coupons - Sign up for the Best Meals Happen at Home free email newsletter here containing a new recipe each week and exclusive Publix store coupons.
1. Two (2) prints each coupon allowed per month.
2. There are new coupons each month and these coupons may be stacked with manufacturer coupons for even greater savings.
7. Senior Discount - Seniors age 60 and over receive extra 5% off purchase on Wednesdays.
8. Publix Mystery Penny item coupon available in local newspapers every Wed. (in some areas it may be Thurs.) and valid only on that day for a $.01 item with a $10 purchase before coupons. The coupon is required to get the Penny item.

DRUG STORES

CVS Store Coupon Guidelines

1. Join the ExtraCare Reward program to receive your ExtraCare Card and be eligible for Extra Care Bucks and store discounts.
2. ExtraCare Bucks (ECB) = money off your next purchase. ExtraCare Bucks print at checkout on the bottom of your receipt and are good for dollars off your next purchase.
3. Earn double quarterly ExtraBucks through 12/15/12. Instead of earning the normal 2%, you’ll earn a total of 4%! Visit the Coupon Center or go to CVS.com/doublebucks for more details.
4. ExtraCare Beauty Club = $5 ExtraBucks Rewards for every $50 spent on beauty items. Multiple purchases are acceptable to earn rewards so this is a very good club to join!
1. Your ExtraBuck Rewards will print on your receipt or at the Coupon Center two days following qualifying purchase(s).
2. Qualifying purchases include items from Cosmetics, Hair Care & Skin Care.
5. Multiple Coupons - CVS accepts one (1) Manufacturer Coupon and one (1) CVS coupon per item.
1. The coupon amount will be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied.

RITE AID Store Coupon Guidelines

1. Get the Rite Aid Wellness Card for all savings.
2. Multiple Coupons - More than one coupon can be used on the purchase of a single item if all coupons match item being purchased and total is equal or less than the selling price of the item.
1. Rite Aid accepts one (1) Manufacturer Coupon, one (1) “48” Rite Aid store coupon, and one (1) “49” Rite Aid store coupon for the same item
2. Limit of 4 identical coupons for the same number of qualifying items.
3. Rite Aid accepts Buy One Get One FREE (B1G1) coupons, however only one coupon can be used for each pair of items purchased.
1. One “cents off” coupon can (i.e. $.50/1) can be used with an item purchased on a B1G1 promotion or coupon; value of cents off coupon cannot exceed selling price of item.
2. B1G1 Manufacturer coupons cannot be used with a Rite Aid B1G1 or B1G% Off promotion.
4. +UP Rewards = money off your next purchase - +UP Rewards are special coupons that load directly on your Wellness+ Card to redeem after 6 a.m. on the day after it was earned. Rewards expire 14 days after issue. NOTE -  Eff. 5/4/15 +UP Rewards are now Plenti points

WALGREENS Store Coupon Guidelines

1. Join the Walgreens Balance Rewards Program (BRP). With Balance Rewards you will save on sale items each week, earn points on thousands of items, and be able to redeem points for products.
1. 1,000 points = $1; 2,000 points = $2; 3,000 points = $3; 5,000 points = $5; 10,000 points = $10; 18,000 points = $20; 30,000 points = $35; 40,000 points = $50
2. Please note: you cannot earn points on a purchase in which you are redeeming points.

5. Buy One Get One FREE (B1G1) store promotion - only (1) Manufacturer coupon may be used on a B1G1 promotion.

OTHER STORES

STAPLES Store Coupon Guideline

1. Join the Staples Rewards program for savings.
1. Get 5% back in rewarads on everything.
2. Get back $2 in Staples Rewards for recycling ink cartridges (limit 10 per calendar month).
2. Staples Easy Rebates = money back from Staples. Look for Easy Rebate products when you shop. They’re identified by the phrase “Easy Rebate” in the product description. Submit your receipt online. You’ll receive your rebate within 6-9 weeks. Learn more about Easy Rebates here.
3. Staples Price Match GuaranteeStaples will match the price of any local competitor’s printed ad for an identical product that is in stock. TARGET Store Coupon Guidelines

1. Mutiple Coupons - Target accepts one (1) Manufacturer Coupon, (1) Target coupon  and (1) Cartwheel offer for the same item (limit of 4 identical coupons per household, per day).
1. Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied
2. Mobile Coupons - sign up for Text Alerts at Target.com/mobile or by texting COUPONS to 827438 (TARGET). To redeem, show barcode to the cashier.
3. NEW! Sign up for Target’s Cartwheel  program and save an additional 5-30% on things you already buy. Savings may be combined with both Target and Manufacturer’s coupons.
4. Buy One Get One FREE Coupons (B1G1) - You must buy 2 valid tems to get the B1G1 pricing.
1. If a Target B1G1 coupon is used, one additional cents off manufacturer coupon may be used
2. If a Manufacturer B1G1 coupon is used, one additional cents off Target coupon may be used
5. Target does not accept competitor coupons, however, they do offer price matching.
