The Mystery Penny Item coupon is in Columbia's The State newspaper every Wednesday. The coupon is required to get the Penny Item. You can get the Publix Penney item with any purchase that is $10 or more before coupons. Individual Publix stores may substitute Mystery Penny items.
The Penny Item is for Wednesday only. Sugar has been on the We Care needs list in the past and if you do not need this item, would make a great donation!
