The Mystery Penny Item coupon is in Columbia's The State newspaper every Wednesday. The coupon is required to get the Penny Item. You can get the Publix Penney item with any purchase that is $10 or more before coupons. Individual Publix stores may substitute other items for the Mystery Penny coupon.
The Penny Item is for Wednesday only and since its practically free, would make a great donation or keep it for 'Trunk or Treat' on October 31st!
