CHAPIN WE CARE CENTER: Help Needed


The Chapin We Care Center  is a Christian organization supported by area churches, schools, businesses and individuals. We Care provides food and warmth to those in need in Chapin and the surrounding areas.

Our food pantry is quite low on inventory and we need your help! Any items donated will be greatly appreciated.

9.  Mac & Cheese
10.  Soup

As always We Care will be pleased to accept any food, paper products or cleaning supplies that you wish to donate.

Did you know. . .
  • Chapin We Care Center helped more than 6,050 people in Lexington, Newberry and Richland Counties by supplying 216,838 pounds of donated food valued at $568,398 in 2013.
  • We Care provided $88,792 in emergency financial assistance for utilities support and gas vouchers that help clients drive to doctor appointments, job interviews, and educational classes. We Care helped clients locate a variety of referral services and partnered with local schools to help clients complete GEDs and learn job skills.
  • Thanks to our generous community partners, We Care provided 200 Thanksgiving baskets to families and made Christmas possible for 192 children.
